  Our Southern Friends- Are you Pissed about the Oil Spill? I Know I Am ...... !

  ......... and i live out here in northern california !

  i mean , they go to all that humungous labor, build a huge box to put over the oil gushing out and wham 5,000 ft. deep it gets clogged with ice crystals.

  now they are talking about a couple other alternatives in the news- all the while today haliburton, bp, and other reps are meeting with federal officials getting into a pissing match and fight over who is responsible for the spill ?

  has been bugging me since i read it.. she mentioned how a classmate took special delight in tormenting her due to mary's being a jw.. mary mentioned that this girl pointed to and mocked her when she couldn't share in a birthday?

  celebration.. are some kids really that cruel?

  where were the teachers?.

  Oh, I was bullied all through school. Sometimes, I think the girls are worse than the boys. They don't pick physical fights with you, but, little by little, they pick apart your self-esteem. I'm so glad I'm out of school. And I feel bad for kids who are bullied. If I had to go to work everyday and have someone make a rude comment about my appearance or push me around, I would start looking for another job. But, kids still have to go to school.

  There was a girl in the 6th grade that was a real bitch to me. She would grab my basketball every day on the court at recess, and throw it down the hill making me run and get it. Then she would smile and laugh. Arggggggg!!

  Looks are like a battery. While you're growing, the battery is charging. When you reach late adolescence, the battery is fully charged and begins to drain. Each passing year results in more sags, less luster, and less charge. By the time you die, the energizer bunny is lying on his back with a team of paramedics shocking the shit out of him trying to get him to quit drooling and gain a little luster in the eyes.
